When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 30 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Children from 7 years old to 12 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that extra beds are available on prior request only.

If guests arrive before the check-in time of 15:00, it is possible to leave the luggage at the hotel.

Please note that out of consideration to other guests, the property kindly asks you not to smoke in the apartment. Guests who nevertheless smoke in the room, will be charged for an additional night for keeping the apartment free as it cannot be rent out that night anymore.

When booking a weekly or monthly rate, bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Your pet is welcome, we charge € 15,- per dog and night (without food)
