Opened in February 2013 Best Western Plus Hotel Arcadia occupies an Art Nouveau building just a 10-minute walk from the Messe Wien Exhibition Center and the Praterstern Train and Underground Station. Guests can benefit from free access to an on-site sauna and a fitness room. Free WiFi is also available. The air-conditioned rooms feature wooden floors a flat-screen satellite TV a mini-bar and a safety box.

: Room was nice and spacious, with a cute balcony looking at the busy Prater amusement park. We could see one of the attractions from the window! The area is still pretty quiet. Location is a bit off from the city center but still a pleasant 30min walk if your feet are up for it. 10min walk to vibrant Prater station where you can find a supermarket open until 10pm and catch a train to anywhere. Breakfast was a bit basic, but it had strudel, staff was very helpful and kind. Room had most of desired amenities - kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, fridge etc :)
: Bed was a bit soft but I got used to it, and some toiletries are left to be desired (cotton swabs, shower cap), but that's it!

: Nice quiet hotel just out of the main town area but within easy reach of it and good access to Metro. Rooms were big, modern and clean, Staff pleasant, good choice at breakfast.

: Staff was friendly and helpful. Some items were supposed to be made available from the onset (like slippers, tissues, etc.) but weren't. The staff was responsive though. Even when the AC broke down, the staff eventually managed to offer me a different room.
: Shower door did not close properly as the slightest touch would open it. Also, the shower door handle was partially broken. On the second day, I found a rubber cleaning glove on my travel bag (left by the cleaning crew) which was quite unsettling as I did not know what it was used for which meant that I had to disinfect it thoroughly. That is not acceptable for hotel cleaning staff to place their cleaning gear on guest property, let alone leave them there.
