  : Check in - my flight was 1 hour late ( not my fault), yet they charge 60 euro as late check in fee.Check out - my Checkout was misunderstanding which they also admitted while talking over the phone and told me to check out by 17.50 with out mentioning that they will charge 200for late Check out.Total : 260 charged just for late check-in and check out with out my fault. After all these they bombarded my email inbox with asking to leave 5star reviews.Big warning to all future guest - DO NOT book this apartment, not only for above reasons but also :WiFi -- doesn't work mostof the time.Location-- 12 min walking distance from nearest metro stop. Tram stop is also not close at all.If you complain : you get no positive help. Finally when I ask for refund, they simply says " we reserve the right to charge fees"

Finally when I ask for refund, they simply says " we reserve the right to charge fees" Even big hotel chain or most expensive hotel in the world would be nice and in worst case scenario will charge 1 night fee for late check-out and will atleast let you sleep on that night but they ask me to move out for next guest, which I did and on top of that they charge 200. It's not greed its simply lack of business ethics!!! If you Do not want to get robbed!!!!! Then do not book this apartment ever. On top of that -- service was pathetic. I lost 260 for nothing.
