: The location is right next to Shonbrunn, which is why we chose it. The place is spacious, easily accommodates 2 adults and 2 children.
: The shower is leaking from somewhere and water got everywhere, plus there is no drainage on the bathroom(who does a bathroom like that ?!?? ). The toilet seat wasn't mounted down properly or broken. The garden really looks like it needs some love, especially the chairs that seem just thrown there and forgotten. Finally the fridge - how much are you actually saving if you are turning it off before you have visitors ?

: The cleaning needs an improvement, the walls need to be painted, dust was everywhere. The girl who does the cleaning has no respect for guests resting time. Also the garden needs some caring.

: We booked this place because it was close to the highway, as we were on our way home. It was easy to find, self check-in, good place to just sleep a few hours and then drive further.
: The communication with the host was one of the worst I had. I found it very disappointing to find out (after the reservation was made), that there are only 3 private parking spaces, that you should immediately reserve, or park 3km away (all capitalized letters and !!). As I was trying to make a parking reservation, I kept getting random answers from the host about wifi password and how to get in, but nothing about parking. It went on and I ended up contacting Booking through their customer support and then finally I got the host to confirm parking. Another thing the host has said, was that street parking is completely forbidden. Guess what, as we got there, there were hundreds of cars all parked on the street. And our private parking was an extremely tight spot where you could only go in backwards, otherwise you wouldnt get out. We also booked the room with the sofa that turns into bed and we got the one with bunk beds. Not cool. I didnt expect it to be a 5 star hotel, but I did expect the room that I paid for and to be able to communicate.
