  : The bed is a combined of two seperate beds.We cannot get in easily because we have not a connection. It is a bit weird. The apartment (nu 32) and the information desk (nu 22) are in different places.

  : Apartment has listed wrong street number - actually address which is set on itinerary is garage number, so when we arrived we could not find reception to check-in and asked people in the street (late evening). We have called the number from the itinerary and wrote them emails and viber/whatsapp messages, but they were not answering at first and then rejected our calls. After half an hour we had luck to bump into one of their guests in the street to find out that reception is 10 numbers earlier in the street.It is located in the building with no obvious sign. We waited to check-in for about half an hour, since there was a lady before us - the check-in is prolonged since there is no person at the reception instead you are talking to a guy through a camera who is giving you instructions and you need to type in details by yourself about persons staying (names, passport ids, birth dates...) so if there are more than two persons it takes a long time. It was not efficient at all. Guy from the other side of the camera is google-translating you instructions on how to access the room and parking. Parking doors are opening by calling a certain austrian number, but we could not access it. Instead we got in due to a kindness of another driver getting in.Apartment we got was not as seen in the pictures on booking. We paid for three room apartment but got 2 rooms (there is even apartment plan where you could see all the rooms but we did not got it). It was spacious though and it was very late so we did not have strentgh nor patience to bother with the camera guy anymore. It is very basic and it is definitely not clean. Towels had stains, there were hair in the shower. It has potential to be good but check-in complication and cleanliness are dropping impressions very low. Was not satisfied at all.

  : Too much money for this apartment.In the end they charge a lot more then they sopose to!!! Look good when you take and when you give your card.
